The premium Gold TotalCare package boasts our fastest response
times and most stringent SLAs. Customers with a Gold TotalCare
package can expect to receive a response to a support call
within 15 minutes and an engineer on-site with replacement parts
within 2 hours. Full 24/7 access to the TotalCare Support Portal
is granted as standard, allowing easy management of all cases.
The Silver TotalCare package offers a comprehensive level of support
to customers who do not require the Gold level of service and response.
A one hour response to a support call and an engineer on-site with
replacement parts within 8 hours. Full 8/5 access to the TotalCare
Support Portal is granted as standard, allowing easy management of all
cases.
The Bronze TotalCare package offers a basic level of support to
customers who do not require the Gold or Silver level of service
and response, but still wish to have a guaranteed SLA in place.
A two hour response to a support call and an engineer on-site by
the next working day. Full 8/5 access to the TotalCare Support
Portal is granted as standard, allowing easy management of all
cases.
